Yes, you may list multiple properties for sale, but you may only have 1 property with a fee due at closing. If you sell a property with us and pay the fee at closing, then you may list another with the fee due at closing. If you wish to list multiple properties at a time, after the first listing, the rest must have the fee paid upfront. If you list one property with us and cancel it and then list another, the second property must have the fee paid upfront.
If you are listing two properties with two different parcel IDs under the same listing, you must ensure:
1.) Both parcel IDs are advised to us
2.) The price must reflect the price of both parcel IDs sold together and they must be sold together as one to avoid fines for misrepresentation
