What is an APN?

APN stands for your home's tax "assessor parcel number".

Your home/property's APN is your tax assessor parcel number, or tax ID number. You can often find it on your tax bill, title, and the county tax assessor's website. It is the tax assessor's unique number or tax ID for the property.

Knowing your APN is very helpful to our team, but not entirely necessary as we can often look this up when we verify your title holder information against public record.
