Once you have accepted an offer, please send us the accepted offer, signed by you and the buying party, within 24 hours of acceptance so we can keep the MLS status compliant.
Please also include information about the name & email of the title company or closing attorney you will be using. We will need this in order to send our wiring instructions for the settlement fee that is due to HomeRise at the time of sale.
