HomeRise does not charge a commission percentage to sell your home like traditional realtors. Instead, we charge a flat fee in two parts: The up-front fee to get your listing published on the MLS and a settlement fee which is due at closing.
For the Essentials package, you would pay $95 to list on the MLS and there would be a $495 settlement fee due upon the successful sale of your property. This fee is only due if your property sells successfully. Most of our sellers arrange to have this wired directly from the title company or closing attorney from the escrow funds at the time of closing. These are the ONLY two fees due to HomeRise. The settlement fee goes towards maintaining licensure, MLS memberships, records keeping and operations.
Our Advanced package includes professional photography, as well as a yard sign and lock box. This package is $495 up front and $995 at closing.
