When we put your home in the MLS, that listing will get sent to Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com and many more.

Zillow will take the listing that the MLS sends and overwrite any existing listings that it has for that property.  They have this policy to ensure that all listings have the same information, price, etc.  The listing will now show the property as listed by us and will not show as for sale by owner.

Zillow will replace your for sale by owner listing with the MLS listing, however it sometimes causes issues and doesn't update correctly if the owner listing isn't removed first. They will not reset days on market to 0 if you don't remove the owner listing first. We recommend removing it 2 days before going live, and at a minimum of 24 hours.
