Yes! For any service package you select, there will be some forms to sign electronically. This will be:
1.) The listing agreement and any listing agreement addendum (as applicable by state)
2.) Any applicable state-required disclosure forms
3.) The preview of your MLS listing (so we can ensure to get the details correct before your listing goes live)
All title holders are required to sign all of these documents before we can publish your listing online, but they are easy to sign! Just click through the email from our digital signature partner, DotLoop, to sign. Our listing team will receive an electronic notice one the all title holders have signed, and your listing will then be eligible to publish on the MLS.
