We send the listing documents through our electronic signature partner, DotLoop. You should be able to just click through your email for each document to sign until a completion page is reached at the end. You would not need to share or save or take any further action, since the documents are already pre-set to route to the next title holder (if applicable) and then back to us once they are signed in full. This way, we can monitor when the documents are signed in full & know when your listing is eligible to publish.
