Our team will review offers with you, handle the counter offer and manage the seller's paperwork. You pick your top offers that you want to review, and we advise on what is typical and what we suggest you counter.
Once you have accepted an offer, a HomeLister Transaction Coordinator will work with you and your escrow agent or closing attorney. They will help manage all documents and disclosures as well as keep the team aware of key dates to ensure a smooth and successful close for all parties.
Handling the paperwork means that we review the offers and contracts that buyers have sent to you. We also handle addendums and digital signatures for the paperwork that are needed to complete through escrow.
