Advanced Package

Launch Call

Your first step is to schedule your launch call. On this call, one of our team members will help verify listing details, obtain the correct title holder information and we'll help you understand the next steps for your listing, including finding out when is the best time and date for you to have the professional photography shoot.

Please note: one launch call with our team is required before your listing goes live, to verify your property details and set your listing up for immediate success. Please also note that NC listings require a measurement service to be performed before a listing may go live. Our team will help coordinate this for you as well.

Required Listing Documents

Once we've verified the correct title holder information against public record, we will send the required listing documents for signature. This includes the exclusive agreement to list on the MLS under HomeRise, any listing agreement addendums (as applicable by state, and any state-required disclosures that pertain to your home or property.

Professional Photography

After your launch call, the HomeRise listing team will book a professional photography shoot for you. We'll use the availability you advise us during the launch call to book the shoot, and we'll set it up for the photographer to confirm the specific timing and any entry details directly with you. Once the images are provided from the shoot, our team will upload those to the MLS for you so we can send the MLS preview for signature.

For Sale Yard Sign & Lockbox
After your launch call, our team will also order you a yard sign w/post and a lockbox. The sign will be installed & the lockbox delivered by one of our local vendors. You do not need to be present for installation, and the ETA of the sign and lockbox is dependent on the availability of the local vendor.

Publication

Once all title holders sign the required listing documents and the MLS preview, your listing will be eligible for publication on the MLS!
