Kick Off Call
Your first step is to schedule your Kick-Off Call. On this call, an agent will review your timeline for your listing, answer any questions you have, and let you know anything else that is needed get your listing ready. Licensed agents can also provide specific advice about how to best sell your property.
Please note: a pre-listing call with your licensed agent is required before your listing goes live, to verify your property details and set your listing up for immediate success.
Complete Disclosures
HomeLister provides all required property disclosure forms needed to list a property in your state. After your kick-off call, please complete and have all titleholders sign all of the Required Property Disclosures that can be found here. The disclosures are an important part of the sale process, and all required disclosures must be completed and uploaded before we make your listing live.

Go Live Review Call
An agent will reach out for a Go Live Review Call to review your listing with you and make sure everything is ready to go live once your photos are complete!
Professional Photography
After your Kick-Off Call, The HomeLister team will use the availability preferences you provided to your agent to schedule your photography appointment. Your Premium Package includes Professional Photography up to 3500 sqft, additional charges apply to homes larger than 3500 sqft.
Custom Marketing Flyer
Once your listing is live, our team will send you a custom-designed marketing flyer.

Your yard sign will be installed once the listing is live.
Open House Signs
The Premium Package includes Open House signs.
Offer Review Calls
The Premium Package also includes up to three Offer Review Calls with an agent.
Transaction Management
Once you accept an offer, our Transaction Management will assist you with the paperwork and coordinating the close of the sale.
