How do I upload and manage photos on my listing?
You may modify or update your photos from your Dashboard here. Once you have selected the photos you want to upload onto your listing, you have the option to drag and drop photos into the blue window or you can select "Browse Files" to upload from a folder.

Video Guidelines:
Not all MLSs allow videos, but for the ones that do, the video must be unbranded and contain no speaking/narration. Non-copyrighted, instrumental music is allowed.
Videos must be posted as links to a hosted site, such as YouTube or Vimeo. The MLS will not allow direct video files to be uploaded.
YouTube videos must also have the comments turned off.
Can I use photos from another photographer or a prior listing?
Photo permission is not a matter of copyright. It is a rule of the MLS that we cannot publish any photos that have been used in a previous listing without written permission from the brokerage who published the listing previously. In order to reuse these photos that have been published on the MLS by another brokerage, we would need written permission (email) allowing the re-use of the photos from that brokerage--even if the photos were purchased or taken by you. You may forward the email permission to help@homelister.com, or replace the photos with new originals here.
It says my photos are too large. How do I reduce the size?
On a windows computer, it is easy to reduce the size of the photos. Open the photo in the Paint application. You will see a button that says Resize. Choose the size you want to reduce to, such as 75%, then save the photo.
On an Apple device, to reduce the photo size, you will have to email the photo to yourself. When you attach the photo to the email, it will let you choose the file size and will reduce the size of the file. You can then save the photo you receive in the email.
How many photos can I upload?
We allow as many photos as your MLS allows, up to 50 photos. That can range from 20-50 photos depending on the MLS.
