1.) We can place your listing on a temporary hold for up to 30 days. This means all showings, inquiries & visibility on the MLS would stop, and the days on market cease to accumulate, but the exclusive listing agreement with HomeRise remains in place.
2.) You may cancel the listing entirely & we remove it from the MLS. This ceases the exclusive listing agreement with HomeRise and you would need to pay another $95 if/when ready to relist.
Both require a form for all title holders to sign.
