For showing appointments booked through ShowingTime, buyers' agents will be prompted to leave feedback after the showing has been completed. The feedback request is automatically sent to the agent for them to respond.
If an agent contacted you directly to set up a showing, you may get in touch with them to request feedback. Most agents can be reached through email, phone call, or text message. ShowingTime will not send a feedback request for an appointment that was not scheduled through the application.
