Professional Photography
The standard Professional Photography service includes still shots of the interior and exterior of the home. Price includes homes up to 3500 sqft, additional charges apply to homes larger than 3500 sqft. Additional shots beyond the standard package, or shots of community features/amenities also may incur additional fees.
Drone Photography (Aerial)
Drone still photography is included in the Platinum package, but can be added onto the Basic or Premium package for an additional cost.
Twilight Photos
Twilight Photos can be added onto any plan for an additional cost. They include 5-10 photos, and can ONLY be purchased in addition to a professional ground photography shoot. This is not a stand-alone service.
How It Works
When creating your listing, you will be asked for a few day/time preferences that work for you to schedule the photographer. Appointments are booked between 10am-2pm whenever possible, so there is ideal sunlight during the shoot. Once the appointment with the photographer is confirmed, you will receive an email complete with your photographer's name and a Photography Preparation Guide to help you prepare your home before your shoot. This checklist contains recommendations that professional stagers use to create the best real estate listing photography possible.
Our operations team will upload the photos to your listing once they are ready from the photographer. Photos are typically returned about 72 business hours from the shoot, but this is dependent on the photographer's availability. You may add, delete, or rearrange photos however you wish from your listing dashboard.
