One yard sign and post is complimentary with each listing. You may specify if you would like a traditional sign and post, or we can send a smaller window sign. Only one sign is complimentary with each listing. If you cancel your property listing and relist at a later date, you may opt to purchase a yard sign and post from your listing dashboard.
A HomeLister-branded For Sale sign is an effective marketing tool to attract buyers and allows your property to stand out. The sign is made of double-sided aluminum and attaches to a traditional white wooden post. The yard sign will display HomeLister's phone number and brokerage license. (We have a call forwarding system through our 800 number to route the call directly to you).
In most cases, we use a local installation company to install and remove the sign. If you are in an area that is not serviced by local installers, we will send you a self-install yard sign and post. The post is easily installed and includes all the necessary hardware.
MLS rules state yard signs can not be installed until your listing is live. We place the order for the sign to be installed as soon as the listing goes live. In most cases, we have a local vendor install the sign. It typically takes 3-5 business days, but availability is dependent on the local installer. If your area is not serviced by a local installer we will send you the sign and post for self-installation.
