We send the required listing documents through our digital signature partner, DotLoop. The forms will be already set up for all title holders to click through to sign from their email.

We need the following forms signed before your listing can be published:

1.) The listing agreement and any applicable agreement addendum (varies by state & MLS)

2.) All of the applicable state-required disclosures (varies by state & home/property)

3.) The MLS preview

We receive an electronic notice once all title holders have signed the forms completely. Your listing is then eligible to publish on the MLS*!

*Please note some states require additional services to be performed prior to publication, such as NC which requires a floorplan measurement service to be completed. This service is done at no cost to you. Ask us more at listingassistant@homerise.com

Please also note if you, or any title holders are having trouble signing the DotLoop forms, here are some helpful troubleshooting tips:

The trouble is likely an issue with your web browser rather than the DotLoop documents themselves. DotLoop requires the use of cookies to track authentication and access.

If cookies are blocked, it can cause redirect loops. Here are steps to resolve the issue:

Option 1:

Try a Different Browser

Open the link in Chrome or Firefox. These browsers tend to handle redirects differently and are less aggressive with cookie blocking.

Option 2:

Adjust Safari Settings

Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy

Uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking"

Uncheck "Block all cookies"

Close and reopen Safari, then try the DotLoop link again

Option 3:

Clear Safari Website Data

Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy

Click “Manage Website Data…”

Search for “dotloop.com” and click Remove

Reload the page
