How Do I List My Home on Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com?

What is the best way to my property on all the public realtor websites?

So you want buyers to find your home? The most important thing you can do is list it in the right places. The most popular way is getting your property on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Redfin, Movato, Century21, Re/Max, and hundreds of others.

Did you know that there are over 1000 websites that people use to search for homes for sale? In order to get your listing on all of them is to list your home on the MLS. Listings in the MLS get syndicated out to just about every realtor search site out there.

If you don't want to pay 6% of your sales price for an agent to list it for you, the best way to get it on the MLS (and everywhere else) is by using a flat fee listing service. HomeLister provides a flat fee to list on the MLS and all the support services you could need to sell your home.

Many realtor websites do not allow sellers to create their own For Sale By Owner listings as all of their listings come directly from the MLS. In order to receive the most exposure and attention for your listing, you will need to be listed in the MLS which will then publish on most public realtor websites.
