Once all of the required listing documents and the MLS preview are correctly signed by all verified title holders, your listing is then eligible to publish on the MLS.
After it is live on the MLS, the speed it gets to other websites depends on how fast those sites are able to process it within their system. Many sites will have the listing live within 24 hours, but many can take up to 72 hours. Changes to listings after the listing is live take up to 1 business day.
Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com have all made changes lately in how they process listings which has resulted in occasional data glitches. Please note HomeRise is NOT affiliated with any of these public/third party sites and we have no control over how quickly their servers syndicate to new MLS listing data. We can only affect the MLS listing itself.
