Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to record statistical data on your listing as the listing is syndicated to hundreds of realtor websites. Since the list of sites varies by location, it is not possible to track. Some websites like Zillow will allow you to claim your property if you create an account on their website where you can track views and the number of people who have saved your property, although views and saves do not necessarily correlate to buyer inquiries. We do always forward any inquiries that come to us for your property.

We do have some marketing options to help your listing gain visibility, if you're interested:

The email blast marketing service is an actual email that gets sent to realtors in a database for your listing's county. For this, we create a one page flyer, which is the body of the email. This email highlights the features of your home. We can highlight open houses, price reduction, agent commission increase, etc in the subject line of the email. It's a great tool to highlight other listing changes that don't have an automatic flag in the MLS. (Price changes and open houses have an automatic flag. Photo, description, or commission changes do not). The number of realtors who receive the email is dependent on the MLS. Some MLS only have a few hundred agents whereas other MLS have a couple thousand agents! The email is also sent to agents who have viewed the listing on the MLS already, letting them know to check out the updated listing. It takes 2-3 business days to set this service up.

If you are interested in this service, it is $129 and you may add it on this page: https://www.homelister.com/my-services

The online advertising campaign is designed to bring awareness of your listing to interested buyers. It is run on the Google Ad network and targets buyers searching for homes within 15 miles of your location. It follows users to the websites they go to within the Google Ad network. That includes any site that is currently running Google Ad network ads, which varies over time. It often includes sites like Facebook, CNN.com, USAToday, AOL, Amazon, Yahoo, Fox News, Zillow, CNN, Realtor.com and thousands of others. You will receive seller reports advising you how many people viewed your ad and how many clicked through the ad as well. The ad will also include a link to your HomeLister listing so interested buyers can see all the listing details, photos, etc and can submit an inquiry to you directly from our website. This service takes 2-3 business days to set up.

An online advertising campaign to bring awareness to your listing to home buyers. This 2 week campaign will be targeted only at those currently looking for homes in your area. Buyers who click on the ad are directed to your HomeLister listing page where they can contact you directly. Additional weeks can be added for $100/week.

If you are interested to add this service, it is $299 and you may do so on this page: https://www.homelister.com/my-services
