How do I show my home while listing with HomeLister?

The home should be ready to show within 24 hours of being published on the MLS and the MLS requires a seller to respond to showing requests promptly. We suggest that you respond to inquiries within 24 hours if not sooner. Please also note that your home must be made reasonably available for showings. We suggest that you make it available within 48 hours of an inquiry unless there are special circumstances to consider.

We put your showing contact information directly into the MLS for agents to call you directly. Public search sites follow MLS rules of not allowing seller contact information to be published for privacy protection. For that reason, we have a call forwarding system. The number on the yard sign is also our forwarding number. When a buyer calls this number, they are prompted to enter the MLS ID. The MLS ID is also sometimes called the property ID number. Once this is entered, the call is forwarded directly to the showing contact number you entered for you to answer. If they speak to a customer service agent instead, we will give them your showing contact number so they can call you directly. Emails and website inquiries are similarly forwarded directly to you to answer. That way contacts come directly to you without having to publish your contact information.
