It is customary for the buyer to submit an offer to you. Offers are typically emailed to you since they need to come in written form.
Since your listing agreement is exclusive with HomeRise, we must be notified of any offer you accept, within 48 hours of acceptance. We instruct agents that offers need to be emailed to the title holder email/s on file, and to please copy our team at: listingassistant@homerise.com. Any offer that you were not already copied on from the agent would be forwarded directly to you.
Please note HomeRise, under its parent brokerage, Houwzer or Trelora (as applicable in your MLS area), MUST be named on the contract as the listing brokerage.
